General Sales Info: All prices are per ticket, and unless otherwise indicated, tickets sold in quantities of two or more, are seated together. We sell single seats in locations where we have an odd number of seats (3,5,7, etc.) or for General Admission (G/A) events. Generally, the only exception to this rule is locations where we have a large number (8 or more) of consecutive seats.

Our site is not real time. All orders will be confirmed within 2 hours of your purchase. Purchases made after 6pm pacific standard time Monday-Friday or after 2pm PST Saturday or All Day Sunday will be confirmed the following work day in the A.M.

Sales Terms and Conditions:
  1. All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits can be made after your order has been confirmed.
  2. If an event is cancelled, we will refund all monies paid, minus any shipping and handling charges. If there is a postponement or rescheduling, you will be responsible for the new arrangements.
  3. We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets. Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, or liquids. The tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances and you will bear the full loss and liability incurred.
  4. This contract for the sale of tickets (transaction herein) is governed by the rules of the county of Los Angeles and the state of California. It is agreed to by seller and purchaser that said transaction was entered into in Los Angeles County, California. Purchaser agrees and offers that in the event a dispute arises concerning any transaction with Santa Monica Tickets Service. the jurisdiction for hearing said dispute is Los Angeles County, California.
  5. All orders are subject to a one-time 15% service charge

We will not supply your personal information to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever. We only use your email address and pertinent information that you supply for the purpose of generating a customized quote for the ticket information you requested. All orders are taken on an encrypted, secure server for maximum protection of your credit information.

Shipping Policy:
All Tickets are shipped via Federal Express in one of the following ways, There are no additional shipping charges, and signature is required for all deliveries.
